Colour, Customisation & Artwork Policy
At Embroidery in UK, all embroidered and customised products are produced strictly according to the customer’s approved specifications. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Colour Variations
- We make every effort to match embroidery thread and garment colours as accurately as possible.
- Due to differences in screen displays, lighting conditions, fabric types, and thread materials, exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed.
- Minor colour variations are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.
Artwork & Design Responsibility
- Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted artwork, including logos, text, spelling, sizing, and placement.
- Once a design proof is approved, Embroidery in UK accepts no responsibility for any errors or dissatisfaction related to the approved design.
- Any changes requested after approval may incur additional charges.
Custom & Additional Charges
All customised, embroidered, and digitised items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Artwork revisions
- Colour changes after approval
- Special placement requests
- Complex designs or rush orders
Customers will be informed of any additional costs before production begins.
Customer Approval & Production
- Production will only commence after final customer approval is received.
- Approval confirms acceptance of all design, colour, placement, and sizing details.
Liability Disclaimer
- Refunds or replacements are only offered in cases of clear manufacturing defects, at our discretion.
- Embroidery in UK shall not be held liable for dissatisfaction arising from:
- Colour variations
- Personal design preferences
- Approved artwork errors
- Custom size or placement choices
Customs Clearance, Duties & Import Charges
Customs Clearance
- International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
- Customs inspections may cause delays beyond our control.
- Embroidery in UK is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, clearance procedures, or government regulations.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
- Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, or local charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.
- Failure to pay applicable customs charges may result in the shipment being held, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities.
Customer Responsibility
- Customers must provide accurate shipping information, including correct name, address, and contact details.
- Additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information will be charged to the customer.
Returned or Seized Shipments
If an order is returned, delayed, or seized due to:
- Unpaid customs duties or taxes
- Incorrect or incomplete documentation
- Customer refusal to accept delivery
Embroidery in UK will not be liable for refunds, replacements, or reshipment costs.
No Refund Policy
- Orders affected by customs delays, duties, or clearance issues are not eligible for refunds.
- Customised and embroidered products remain non-refundable once production has begun.
Legal Compliance
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products comply with local import laws and regulations.
- Embroidery in UK shall not be held responsible for legal issues arising from non-compliance with local customs regulations.
